Should Entertainers turn into Political Preachers?

When I think about the entertainment industry, I think about the actors who acted during the golden era of entertainment, John Wayne, Kirk Douglas, James Cagney, Fred Astaire, Ginger Rogers, Ronald Reagan, Rita Hayworth, Frank Sinatra, Bing Crosby, and many others. Those were the days of true entertainment. What we have today in the industry is nothing more than egotistical imposters claiming to be actors with no real talent at all. In fact, in today's entertainment industry we have nothing more than individuals who want to show that they’re activists for some cause or another, yet they don’t know or understand the complexities that revolve around the issue or cause they’re fighting for. For example, when it comes to climate change, they know nothing about science, or when it comes to politics, they know nothing about how politics works.  Back in the day, when the real Hollywood elite stood up for a cause, they stood proud as American’s fighting for America and those who serve in uniform defending America and American Values, many of whom were reservists in the same military branch, but today, they wouldn’t know what it was like to live on a military base or even be associated with a military family.  In other words, they have no clue what it’s like to involved in a military family, so why are they opening up their mouth and causing havoc.

What’s amazing is that some of the Hollywood voices being so loud haven’t had a gig in many years but to them, they need to be seen before the cameras making it sound like they know or understand politics and world affairs. Majority of what these has-beens speak about make no sense or better yet what they say is more communistic in nature. When did American Citizens believe that Communism is better than the American freedom and capitalism that these actors relish in making them money on their films or other businesses they own? It doesn’t make sense to me as an American Citizen.
So what it boils down to is this – actors and entertainers such as singers make their millions off the American Fans that are loyal fans who love their work, then they turn on that loyalty by opening up their mouth and spewing hatred for America on them when they start talking about things they know nothing about, like politics and world affairs and show their true ignorance on these issues. For example, one actress spews hatred for the MAGA hat claiming it is really the new KKK hat – two different issues there sistah while a singer stands on stage and spews her political views to an audience that paid $250.00 a ticket to witness her perform on stage only to endure her political rants about things she knows nothing about. How disappointing. I’d be demanding a refund for that ticket price if I was stupid enough to pay that price to hear any entertainer sing and dance half-naked on stage. Nope, not that stupid. Don’t these entertainers realize all we want from them is to be entertained not preached to do by someone who doesn’t have a clue about politics or world events or worse yet, hear what they think about various social change ticket items that they feel are important to them or that they heard at some party at a famous person's house or on some jet they were sharing to come into town on? All we want to do is be entertained, that’s it, so please don't preach to us about things you know nothing about, and don't use interviews, stages or awards show platforms for your political anger and hatred.
